Terms and Conditions of Competition Entry

  1. By entering any competition conducted by JIIG-CAL you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
  2. All competition winners must sign in agreement to the below terms and conditions before a prize can be awarded.
  3. The Terms and Conditions of Competition Entry are subject to change by JIIG-CAL at any time without notice. We need this incase we need to add or delete a clause within 90 days of any end date for a competition when changes need to be made to suit the next competition.
  4. JIIG-CAL owners, employees, contracted and casual affiliates of JIIG-CAL including employees of such are not eligible to enter any competition conducted by JIIG-CAL.
  5. Persons not willing to agree to JIIG-CAL's Terms and Conditions of Entry are automatically ineligible to enter, or win or claim a prize or prizes.
  6. A winner under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 when receiving a prize and the parent or guardian must comply with Conditions 1 and 2 on the winner's behalf.
  7. Each individual entrant can win only once during a competition. A prize can not be awarded to the same person more than once during a competition.
  8. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to determine his/her eligibility, although JIIG-CAL Management retains the right to be final arbiter. (If unsure of eligibility please consult JIIG-CAL.)
  9. A prize can not be transferred to persons named in Conditions 4, 5 and 25.
  10. Requests by a winner to nominate a representative to collect a prize may be considered but will be at the absolute discretion of JIIG-CAL.
  11. All entrants agree that if an entrant is found to be ineligible at any time s/he will be expelled from the competition. This includes the period after a prize has been awarded in which case return of the prize to JIIG-CAL will be required.
  12. The personal details of entrants may be used for mail marketing unless a prior request is made by the entrant to JIIG-CAL not to do so.
  13. The personal details of entrants may be disclosed to a third party only for the purposes of home delivery, transferal of warranty or transferal of services.
  14. The first name, residential suburb and residential state of a winner may be used in any marketing media at the discretion of JIIG-CAL.
  15. Entrants' personal details will not be disclosed to any person or party and will remain the confidential property of JIIG-CAL excluding the exercise of Conditions (s) 13 and 14.
  16. Within 24 hours of competition closure winners will be notified by phone or email and a letter of confirmation will follow.
  17. All competition entries must be submitted prior to 11:59 pm WST inclusive of the competition closure date included on all relevant promotional materials. If you are unsure of the competition closure date contact JIIG-CAL.
  18. The assurance of Conditions 16 and 17 are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  19. Prize (s) are to be collected by the winner in person OR delivered to the winner in person and the winner will be advised of such details in the phone call or email and confirmation letter.
  20. Collection (when applicable) of prize (s) must be within 28 days of the date of the confirmation letter.
  21. Failure to collect a prize within the set time frame will result in the winner's automatic forfeit of any claim to the prize.
  22. Before presentation of a prize (s) winners must show their confirmation letter and valid proof of identification.
  23. JIIG-CAL may terminate any competition or contest without notice. In such an eventuality reason (s) would be posted on this website. In the event of such termination, JIIG-CAL may elect not to award any prize associated with the terminated competition.
  24. JIIG-CAL holds no responsibility for damages or injury occurring out of acceptance or use of a prize.
  25. All contestants release from and indemnify JIIG-CAL against all liability, expense, loss, cost or claim arising from the entrant (s) participation in any contest or competition conducted by or involving JIIG-CAL or those affiliated with the competition through JIIG-CAL such as sponsors, suppliers and contractors, including but not limited to injury and damage to person or property regardless of circumstance.
  26. Only an individual person may enter or lay claim to the prize or receive the prize on offer in the "Career Navigator WIN $250 Cash" competition a company or business or group or party is not eligible to enter or win said competition.
