We offer several purchase options for your use of CareerNavigator, depending on whether you are an individual user (purchasing CareerNavigator for your personal use) or an organisation user (the purchase of CareerNavigator is made by your organisation for use by its employees/students).

Please note: All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

If you are not in Australia you may like to use an outside currency converter to approximate costs in your currency.

Use of CareerNavigator

Individual User

You have the option to pay for your personal use of CareerNavigator for a period of 30 days, at a cost of $30.00 (inclusive of GST for Australian Sales). The 30 days of access commences from the first use of CareerNavigator and upon conclusion, your CareerNavigator account will be deactivated and your records erased. One week prior to the deletion of your records, we will send you an email to remind you of the proximity of your account expiration.

Organisation Use

We also offer the opportunity for your organisation to purchase a set number of uses. Organisations wishing to make bulk purchases can do so with the following discounts:

Billing

Your billing options depend on the payment method you prefer to use. Currently, we accept payment by Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order.

Credit Card:

For quick, easy and secure access to CareerNavigator, we suggest payment by credit card as your application can be processed on the spot, allowing your use of Navigator to start immediately. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

CareerNavigator applications are processed by a secure server. What this means is that when you register for CareerNavigator, the page (and data you enter in the page) is encrypted with a 128-bit encryption key before being transmitted over the Internet. Only our server has the key to decrpyt and process your data - this means that no one else can view the data you enter in your application. Our secure server is provided by OzHosting and processed by the gateway at Westpac Bank.

JIIG-CAL respects your privacy and at no stage do we store credit card details of any kind, nor do we disclose your personal information to third parties. See our privacy policy for further details.

Cheque/Money Order:

If you opt to pay by cheque or money order, payment is required to be made before your account can be opened. At the time of registration, we will issue an order number which you should note for your records. You can send payment immediately or wait for an invoice to be sent to the postal address you have supplied in your contact details. Please allow up to 10 days for the processing of payment by mail. On opening your account, you will be notified by email with a reminder of your username and password.
